Are you looking for a an exciting new opportunity in 2024?
Thorn Baker are working with an Award winning Housing Developer who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Glasgow as a result of growth and expansion in 2024. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced QS to step up into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the housing or residential sector.
- In depth understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC and health and safety regulations in the industry.
- Understanding and experience using relevant IT systems and proficient with MS Office.
- COINS experience desired.
- Comfortable managing internal and external clients within a commercial environment.
- Strong relationship building skills.
