Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for Assembly Operatives to work in their leading facility in Telford.

Whilst on your probation period the successful Assembly Operatives are offered;

• Starting rate of £10.60 per hour
• 8:00 AM - 16:30 PM Monday to Friday 
• Temp-perm 
• Free parking
• Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday

Once you are full time with the company the Assembly Operatives would receive;

• 8:00 AM - 16:30 PM Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
• A minimum pay rate of £10.60 per hour
• Overtime available at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday and double time Sunday
• 28 days holiday 
• Annual Christmas shutdown paid in full
• Company uniform
• Pension plan
• Health care plan
• Free parking

The role – Assembly Operatives;

• Manufacturing windows and doors
• Wiring up electrical components
• Daily use of hand and power tools
• Working to specifications
• Installation- training will be provided 
• Working in a small team environment
• Manual handling

What our client is looking for in a Assembly Operatives;

• At least two years previous experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Someone who is mechanically biased and has previous experience using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience manufacturing Windows or Doors - ESSENTIAL
