Position: Credit Control Manager

Location: Dungannon

Nixon McQuade are proud to be working with an established business based in Dungannon to find a talented Credit Control Manager to join their finance team.

As the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit policies and procedures, ensuring timely collections, and minimising credit risk exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Review and analyse credit applications and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlement agreements with customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on credit performance to management.
• Manage and support the existing finance team .

Qualifications:

• Previous managerial experience in credit contro l .
• Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
