Job description

In this role, you will support with the day to day running of the evening entertainment across the Resort ensuring that both Hotel and Glamping entertainment is running to the highest standard. You will assist the Operations and Creative Manager in all aspects from creation to recruitment to training to delivery of the product.

You will lead and motivate the team to maintain the highest possible guest experience, briefing up to date Resort knowledge, providing feedback on performances and ensuring staff welfare. You will obtain guest feedback and implement changes where necessary in line with set budgets. 

This role will mainly work shifts that run 1pm – 9pm.
