Job Description:

Recruit UK are currently working with one of the UK’s leading Wealth Management firms, which is looking for a Paraplanner Team Leader to join their team. If you have previous Senior Paraplanning experience and can see yourself managing a team of Administrators and Paraplanners; apply today for an initial chat to discuss your experience and the role in more detail!

You will be acting as the first point of contact for a team of employees for queries and questions surrounding Paraplanning, therefore you will need to have your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. You will be predominantly based in Bath but occasionally visit other offices across the UK so this role also requires you to be open to traveling.

Day-to-day duties:

• Lead and support the client support team
• Work closely with Client Service Managers to identify, analyze, and improve core processes and workflows
• Arrange meetings with the Client Service Manager
• Prepare and present regular MI reports
• Review and appraise the team through 1:1 meetings

Skills required:

• Paraplanning experience (required)
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required)
• Open to traveling to other offices across the UK (every couple of months)
• Management/ Team Leader experience is not required!
