Upon joining the business as Technical Director, you will lead part of our clients Civil/Structural Engineering team, overseeing a group of talented Engineers and Technicians and driving technical excellence across projects. On a day to day basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Providing technical leadership and guidance on civil and structural engineering projects.
• Leading the development and implementation of innovative design solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Managing project budgets, time lines, and resources effectively.
• Cultivating strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

To thrive in this role, some of the the key requirements include;

• Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).
• Extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Expertise in engineering design software and proficiency in relevant codes and standards.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation and business growth.
• A commitment to excellence, integrity, and sustainability in all aspects of work.
