Quantity Surveyor, Senior (1) Ref: 6080
Type: Contract / Freelance
Based in: Luton
Salary: £425 - £475 per shift
Package: Company vehicle, bonuses, incentives
Quantity Surveyor, Senior. Civils, RC and Groundworks projects. To work on ensuring that the contracts are fully priced and verified. Would suit someone able to do Estimating / QS work / Commercial Management. £425 - £475, negotiable, vehicle, bonuses and incentives.
Quantity Surveyor, Senior. Generally working on 4-5 packages from £50k to £2m, with larger schemes to £4-5m. Ideally with a background in working with RC, Demolition, Civils and Groundworks for sub-contractors.
Quantity Surveyor, Senior. We are looking for someone who is commercially astute, understands the formation / foundations of contracts, recognising the important elements of contracts, including the fine print. You should be capable of justifying cost changes on site operations, whilst being able to put together a proposal or tender package.
Quantity Surveyor, Senior. Qualifications, whilst desirable, are not essential as it is your commercial skills that are most important. You must be interested in the details of the contract and be able to recognise and record changes that are cost related in revenue or time mitigation.
Quantity Surveyor, Senior. You may be a Quantity Surveyor whose career potential is stalled or someone seeking to take full responsibility for a division within a company. You need to be self-motivated and hungry to succeed and develop your full potential.
