Job title: Employment and Immigration Solicitor

Location: Reading

Salary : £45-55k - depending on experience

PQE Level: NQ-2

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

This role would see you join a successful and well-regarded team in the Thames Valley, as part of a leading full-service firm. Ranked highly in both Chambers and Legal 500, you can expect a supportive team and established clients.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Attending to a variety of employment law matters alongside some immigrations work, this can include disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructure, TUPE, drafting contracts, whistleblowing and more.
• Representing respondents at employment tribunals, handling ET3's and conducting your own advocacy where appropriate.
• Engaging in business development and client-facing events such as seminars.
• Utilising exceptional client care skills.
