Job description
The Sales Consultant (Residential Sector) will be an experienced passionate sales leader with experience in B2B solution selling. Reporting to the Head of Residential Manager, the position holder must be able to help identify and act on opportunities within the residential sector. Ideally, you will have experience in block management or residential property sector.
Duties and responsibilities
- Networking and driving business opportunities across the residential sector
- Researching and cultivating leads from social media, events, referrals and other sites
- Getting sales proposals out to prospective commercial residential landlords
- Focusing on a high quality of consultation with clients, underpinned by a strong conversion rate of sales proposals flowing to the next stage of the sales cycle
- Supporting Management on tenders and client sales cycle to deliver for the Residential sector of our commercial team
- Working closely with our legal and support teams to ensure our clients get the very best EVC solution and services
- Ensuring you are keeping Hubspot updated to track client activity
Skills/ Experience
- Experienced in B2B sales solutions to the Commercial Residential Sector
- Experience in using Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM system to track and manage sales pipeline and client activity
- Hold strong EQ and an ability to influence at all levels as well as build relationships with senior heads in the industry as well as commercial landlords and managing agents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to build relationships and network with clients and internally across the business
- Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and activity that underpin your sales funnel
