You :
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well run firm and you can continue your Dispute Resolution career in the capacity of Head of Department .
With your strong technical ability and managerial skills you will be able to mentor junior members of the team and help the team meet their targets.
- Manage their own day to day caseload effectively
- Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firms risk management procedures
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in areas of law
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
We are seeking applications from candidates who:
- Are experienced general dispute resolution lawyers with broad experience and strong technical ability
- Have a proven track record for being responsible for their own team, including allocating work, undertaking day to day supervisory duties, coaching/mentoring team members and ensuring training needs are met
The firm :
You will join a multi-service law firm who have a settled and buoyant residential property team and you'll handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.

- Employment
- Inheritance Act and Contentious Probate
- Contract disputes
- Civil procedure
- Shareholder and Partnership disputes
- Debt collection
- Construction disputes
- Housing/landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary disputes
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Exeter area, which is close to very scenic countryside.
