Job description
Academics are working with a well established and very well regarded Multi Academy Trust across Kirklees. We are working together to recruit a Receptionist & Events co-ordinator who will be the face of the Multi Academy Trust. You will be the first person people speak to on the phone and the welcoming, smiley face to greet people on the reception desk.
The main duties of the roles will include:
* Being first point of contact for all visitors to the centre
* Answering and directing telephone and email enquiries
* Co-ordinating events and training session ensuring resources, room sand refreshments are provided
* Preparing refreshments for events (setting up a drinks trolley and putting out food items)
* Undertaking basic administration tasks including data input, typing, filing and record management
* Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Team with administration duties and production of reports, this may include an element of data collation and analysis.
The hours for this post would be Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm term time only plus 5 inset days
You must be motivated to manage your own workload and pro-active enough to support a busy directorate without being micro-managed. A better than average working knowledge of Microsoft packages is also essential.
This placement could be a temp-perm contract or a permanent contract, depending on the needs of the client and the candidate.
