Develop and implement innovative warehouse solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology (Automation, Systems etc)
Lead the tender response for new business
Provide consultancy and guidance to both new and existing customers.
