What We Seek: We are looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants who bring:

Responsibilities: - Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, adapting to their unique requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to implement tailored support plans.
- Monitoring Progress: Track and report on the progress and achievements of the students you work with, identifying areas for improvement and development.
