The Role:
As SEN Learning Support Assistants, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to students with special educational needs. Role Details:

What We Seek:
We are looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants who bring:

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role supporting students with SEN is preferred.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in special education or related fields would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
  • Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, adapting to their unique requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to implement tailored support plans.
  • Monitoring Progress: Track and report on the progress and achievements of the students you work with, identifying areas for improvement and development.
