Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with candidates from various sources, effectively communicating to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. 📢📋
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers and candidates to meet hiring goals within specified timelines. 💼🤝
- Oversee the candidate onboarding process, including managing documentation and conducting background checks. 📑🔍
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs as required to increase applications and raise brand awareness. 🎪👥
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Head of Recruitment to develop and execute effective hiring plans. 🤝💼
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or RPO background.
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment strategies with a proven history of successful placements.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple open positions and priorities.
- Capacity for effective collaboration with hiring managers nationwide, understanding and meeting team needs and requirements.
- Must reside within a 30-minute travel time to our Head Office in Newport. 🏢🌆
Hours of Work and Pay
- £14.42ph
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
Shifts on rotation within these hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:30
Saturday: 09:00 to 17:00 (Every 2 weeks)

Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
