TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it’s set to change the game! Our first venue opened in 2021 in The O2, London and we are also set to open in Birmingham, London Westfield and Mexico in 2024!

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- A punctual, reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic! If you bring this, we’ll help with the rest!
- Quick learner and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Bar experience in making drinks, including cocktails
- A willingness and desire to make people happy, delivering genuine and memorable experiences
- Someone who is at least 18 years old due to working with alcohol
- Full flexibility across evenings and weekends
- Someone who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in (including working with other departments and teammates!)
- An energetic, friendly, dynamic and self motivated hospitality professional looking to progress their career
- Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn from senior bartenders
- A punctual, reliable and real team player
- Someone creative who has the ability to learn fast on the job
- Integrity and honesty with a sense of pride in your work
- The ability to work under pressure, our environments can be stressful at times!
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
We’re on the hunt for an energetic and engaging Bartender who will ensure the smooth running of our bars and help create exceptional guest experiences within our The Bullring venue!
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Creating delicious drinks to TOCA Social standards
- Having a warm and welcoming approach towards guests; a willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences
- Confidently provide knowledge and drink recommendations
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked and tidy at all times
- Supporting Barbacks as and when necessary
- Taking drink orders and payments from guests
- Coaching junior members of the team to become legends
- Being aware of legal regulations; including verifying guest age when necessary through ID checks
