Responsibilities of the Junior Property Manager:
- Assist senior property managers in day-to-day operations, including tenant communication, property inspections, and maintenance coordination.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property inspections and assist in resolving maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure vacant properties are marketed effectively and leased promptly.
- Assist with financial tasks such as deposit returns
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and documentation.
Requirements:
- Property/ Lettings experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
