Job description
We are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager to join our Urgent Care Rota Team.
What is the role?
- You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee and lead in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance with designed rotas.
- You will be responsible for deputising for the Operations Manager in their absence, stepping up to fulfil their duties.
- You’ll support in providing positive leadership to the rota team, getting involved in 121’s, team meetings and training and coaching.
Is it for me?
We will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It is important to us that you feel safe and supported in the role.
- You’ll need previous experience of providing comprehensive administration support in order to be successful in this role.
- You will have previous experience of working as a team leader, or supporting with management duties.
- You’ll be able to provide positive leadership, and have the ability to influence and lead a team.
Contract type:
This is a part time position, working 33 hours per week across a 2 week rota. Exact hours can be discussed at interview.
