Outline of the Job

This is a full-time on-site role located in Stockport for a Hire Desk Representative. As a Hire Desk Representative, you will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating deliveries and collections, ensuring timely payment, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Moreover, you will provide excellent customer service by understanding the unique requirements of our clients and recommending the most suitable equipment for their project.

About You

Prior experience in a similar role with proven skills in processing orders and managing customer inquiries.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic accounting concepts.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Experience in developing a new portfolio of customers.
A friendly demeanour, good listening skills, and the ability to patiently and effectively resolve customer issues.
