Salary : £38 – £40 LTD dependent on experience.
Hours Per Week : 36.00.
Start Date : Immediate start.
Start Time : 08:30.
End Time : 17:00.
An experienced Contracts and Procurement lawyer is required for an assignment with a London Borough to cover short term absence of a member of the Contracts and Procurement Team. The Council is looking for a person to provide expert general and bespoke drafting and advice work across the usual variety of Council activities including services and IT contracts, consultancy contracts, works/JCT contracts, collaboration, Grants ,FOI ,GDPR and Subsidy Control. The person will also be required to provide expert procurement advice. The role will include providing legal advice and input in relation to decision-making powers and reports under the Councils Contract Procedure Rules and Constitution.
