Are you a Costs Draftsman with over 3 years experience and a flair for complex costs disputes and a real grasp of business acumen?

Who are we looking for?
Obviously, you will be an experienced Costs Draftsman able to handle a complex cases but it will be approach and attitude that will determine your success here.
You will be articulate, driven and be able to assist with all aspects of the costs management and detailed assessment process.
You will need experience of dealing with in-house costs. Duties include but are not limited to drafting bills, budgets and associated documentation as well as preparing for detailed assessment hearings.
Advocacy experience is preferable as well as the use of Proclaim management system.
You will also be involved in marketing the department and growing the department further.
Good commercial acumen of business targets is required.
You will report to the Legal Partner and be supported by a Junior Paralegal. The working environment is top notch and the culture is one of a family and friendly team.
