the role |  

as an apprentice front of house team member , you’ll play a key role in bringing the wagamama magic to life for our guests by providing genuine and legendary service . this will include greeting and seating them when they arrive, taking care of their order and ensuring they feel looked after. working alongside a talented and diverse team not only will you gain key life skills at wagamama, you'll make great friends too, all whilst creating memorable moments for our guests. o, if you’re looking to start a career in hospitality gain skills for life this could be the role for you     

you will be enrolled onto our apprenticeship programme , starting on a level 2 which will immerse you into the world of hospitality and highlight the impact your role has on the wider business.

our programmes are delivered by lifetime training who will designate you your own personal learning coach. they will support you throughout the programme, ensuring you are confident in your learnings and set up for success to complete your fire up programme, gaining your nationally recognised qualification
