My client is a highly respected residential developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a scheme of new build flats in North London.

Details of the role are as follows:

• 70 flats over two, low rise blocks
• The role will involve managing internal works but there will be some external works involved too
• You must have 2-3 years of experience of working for a large residential developer or contractor in a similar capacity
• Immediate start but potential for a temp to perm option should that be of interest
• £250-275 per day STRICTLY dependent on experience
• CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS cards required.
