Hygiene Operative
Edinburgh
£10.42 per hour

A fantastic and rare opportunity has become available for a keen and enthusiastic candidate to join our client in Loanhead.
Hours of work are 7am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS
Not experience is required as full training will be given however the role is physically demanding.
Duties of the role:
• Jet washing and cleaning food production equipment
• Ensuring all hygiene standards are followed as per company procedures
• Cleaning equipment within a timely manner to ensure production have equipment to use
• Keeping the hygiene area free of hazard and slip hazards
What is required in order to do this role:
• Work reliability, this is an important role within the business, other teams rely on the hygiene team so reliability is the most essential part
• Due to the role being physically demanding, you must be able to work for long periods lifting and carrying big and sometimes heavy equipment
• You must be self-motivated, the hygiene team is small, working on your own and having the motivation to get the job done is essential
