Job description

You will be adept at building successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and bring impressive facilitation skills, along with the credibility and confidence to contribute within a vibrant and diverse professional environment. The post holder will provide strategic leadership to the Business partnering and workforce information team, ensuring the highest quality standard of workforce data analysis and presentation across the organisation. They will also have strategic oversight in relation to all workforce-related systems and digital solutions, developing strategy for their use and monitoring implementation and effectiveness. Working with the Director of Workforce, they will provide strong workforce planning leadership to the HR Business Partners and HR teams in the Divisions, supporting workforce planning capability and capacity at Divisional and service level. The post holder will also represent the Trust in system-level working groups and meetings and play a key role is workforce planning across the Integrated Care System (ICS). We offer hybrid working arrangements and promote flexible working but would need this post to have a regular weekly presence on site. We offer a relocation assistance package for candidates that qualify. This role is full time 37.5 hours per week.
