Contract Type: Contract
Contract Length: 6 months
Contract Status: inside IR35 via an umbrella company.
About the Role:
As an HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven HR insights and strategies. You will collaborate closely with our talented HR team, working together to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive HR MI dashboards. Your ultimate goal will be to enhance our client's HR practises and drive a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Collecting and analysing HR-related data to identify trends and patterns.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish benchmarks.
Developing and implementing HR MI dashboards to visualise insights.
Providing strategic advice and guidance to improve HR processes.
Assisting in the design and implementation of HR initiatives.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practises.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Providing support in HR-related projects as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Consultant/HR Product Manager or similar role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practises.
Proficiency in defining KPIs and developing HR MI dashboards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
