Job description

Revolution Resourcing is searching for a Van Driver/Loader Unloader in Lancing.

Our client, a leading company in the industrial/manufacturing space is experiencing a significant surge in their workload. They are looking to expand their existing team of three operatives to meet demands. The units are thoughtfully structured with two drivers and two non–drivers, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our client's goods to various destinations. You will have the flexibility to customise your work approach, including morning pick–ups, driver arrangements, and loading responsibilities for the day/weekly.

Duties

• Van driving – Safely and efficiently operate our client's vehicles to transport goods between locations.
• Loading & Unloading – Skilfully handle the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring their safety and integrity.
• Collaborative team discussions – Engage in open conversations with your teammates to establish an optimal team setup that maximises productivity and efficiency.
• Delivery – Transport client goods to various construction sites in and around the Lancing area

Site Times / Standard Hours Paid / Overtime

• 06:00 – 15:00 Monday – Friday
• 06:00 – 14:30 Friday
• 42 hours paid per week.
• Overtime is available as and when at enhanced rates.

Must–Have

• Valid driving licence
• CSCS card
• PPE
