SEND Teachers - Wolverhampton - ASAP - Ongoing
Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking for your next teaching post? Do you have experience teaching students with a range of SEND & SEMH needs? I am currently recruiting for a SEND teacher for a school in Wolverhampton. The post is initially a temporary position but on-going. As a teacher you will be involved in the marking and planning of lessons. You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient and passionate, being able to think outside of the box and have the ability to change your teaching methods to suit individual needs is critical. The school caters for students who cannot access mainstream education, many of the students have either Autism, Aspergers or SEMH needs. Strong behaviour management is essential and you must have the patients to deal with challenging behaviour at times. The successful teacher will be driven and motivated and will genuinely want to make a difference. You will be part of the school with an OFSTED rating of "GOOD" and they are keen to maintain that score and push for the school to be the best it can be.
