ARMANI OUTLET - BICESTER - SUPERVISOR/DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Join the Fashion Empire! We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Supervisor/ Department Manager to lead our team at Armani Outlet in Bicester Village. The Supervisor/ Department Manager role:
- Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- You will ensure you are fully knowledgeable of the season's current trends and use this to train the team to enable them to maximise sales opportunities and deliver a world-class service every time.
- Lead by example in providing the highest level of customer service.
- Support management in providing coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.
- Ensure that you and those around you follow Giorgio Armani's grooming guidelines and are in the correct season uniform at all times.
- Assist management in the seamless operation of the daily running of the store by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and making sure there is optimal floor cover at all times
- Ensure your store is immaculate at all times, including windows, in-store displays, and mannequins following the seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Make sure the team complies with the company's timekeeping and attendance expectations.
Requirements
- Motivate, energised individual with a positive attitude towards the role.
- Previous experience in a premium brand is ideal
- Strong commitment to luxury customer service
- Maintain a high level of communication always with clients, colleagues, and other members of management.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior members of staff.
