They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of 150 traditional build houses, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Utilize your expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and ASTA to plan and monitor project timelines effectively.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership by managing and motivating on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Regularly liaise with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
- Hold a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
- Proficient in project management software, particularly Microsoft Project and ASTA.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
