The Role

We’ve a strong track record of high engagement from our tenants and we’re keen to sustain this by taking the scrutiny of our services to the next level. Join us as a Tenant Scrutiny Manager and be at the forefront of this mission!

This is a brand-new role we’re created to oversee the design and delivery of all tenant scrutiny activities, offering you accountability and ownership to deliver really meaningful outcomes that positively impact our tenants.

In this important role, you will:

• Manage and lead an established team of Scrutiny Officers to carry out a range of tenant engagement activities, to gain insight and scrutinise the performance of our services.
• Oversee the delivery of a robust tenant scrutiny framework that delivers positive impacts and outcome for our tenants, developing best practice to ensure scrutiny opportunities are fit for purpose, add value and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Critically scrutinise and interpret satisfaction, performance and experience data.
• Write and present compelling board reports and recommendations to shape future services.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, particularly frontline operational areas, to support the improvement of future service provisions, policies and strategies.

Our ideal candidate?We’re looking for an engaging and resilient individual, who is enthusiastic and committed to delivering successful tenant led service improvements. Your application will also demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• You’ll have previous experience of tenant engagement or will have worked in a tenant facing role.
• You’ll have experience of scrutinising data and writing reports for senior/board level audiences.
• You’ll have an understanding of tenant scrutiny along with consumer standards and regulations.
• You’ll have the ability to effectively lead, manage and develop a team.
• You’re a dynamic thinker, who thrives under pressure and has the ability to project manage a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines.

As a highly visible role in the organisation, this role is based in the office 3 days per week.
