Job description
Have you ever thought about giving back and becoming a Veterinary Nurse Lecturer, helping the next generation of Nurses in the profession.
Our client is looking for a special individual to join their renowned teaching team as a Veterinary Nurse Lecturer from their state of the art practice in Aldershot.
In return they offer a salary of up to £36,000 and a good work-life balance, core hours between 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. A typical day will usually be 3 hours of lectures, several 121 tutorials with your students, teaching preparation and supporting other members of staff.
No previous experience of teaching qualifications or experience is needed. They will fully fund professional training and development. This includes skills training, training for new lecturers without teaching qualifications and mandatory compliance programmes.

About Our client
They are appointed by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) as a specialist Training Provider for student veterinary nurses.
Their values driven approach has helped us to become a market leading, established, provider of specialist training for student veterinary nurses committed to improve and develop veterinary nurse training. They thoroughly enjoy working with all members of the practice team involved with the training of student nurses and share our students’ delight as each group achieve their goal of qualifying and becoming a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
There are approximately 300 apprenticeship students that are in training at any time. Most students study on a day release basis attending once a week during term times (the only exceptions are those that have finished their course, but are not yet qualified). Their terms are based on the school system, and therefore there are 3 per year.
