Job description
Our client is a very successful and established manufacturing business and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
The successful applicant will undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities at our client’s busy manufacturing plant near Chesterfield.
The Role:
You will be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance duties at a busy foundry, machining and heat treatment plant.
Duties will include electrical maintenance and repair of plant and equipment including but not limited to;
Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer holding either NVQ 3 in electrical maintenance and / or 17th / 18th edition certification.
You will have excellent single and 3-phase electrical fault find and repair skills and ideally you will have good plc fault find and repair skills too.
Applicants with previous heavy industry manufacturing experience (E.g. aggregates, mining, recycling, foundry, metals, plastics ) will be preferred.
Hours of work:
12 hour Days only – Panama Shift
