Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and symptoms.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience working as a General Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- PVG Certificate would be an advantage
