Job description
Job Title: Production Control SupervisorJob Duties:
Determine manpower arrangements
Direct 5S activities
Report all shortages to the affected manufacturing department
Coordinate various daily activities and special projects
Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department, and or company plan
Requirements:
Read and understand blueprints and complicated schematics as required to create and build new fixtures, tools, and machine parts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to safely and accurately operate all measuring and production equipment
Thorough understanding of metallic properties
Ability to work independently, and with engineers and machinists
