Emerging Futures (EF) works across the country to support people affected by homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. Our greatest resource is our people, so we also offer generous annual leave, pension, employee assistance programme and other benefits.
About the role
As a Criminal Justice Housing Support Worker, you will provide housing and recovery support to people who have a history of substance and/or alcohol issues and who are experiencing accommodation problems. You will provide a range of interventions to support people on their journey to independent living.
Working closely with the Police, probation, and other partner organisations, you will encourage and nurture support networks in the wider community for people to access.
All Support Workers receive an in-depth training package to provide you with the skills you need to support people in our houses.
