Supply Chain Manager

Dunmurry

£50,000 - £60,000

Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 1pm.

We have a role for a Supply Chain Manager based in Dunmurry working with a manufacturing business specialising in survival technology. They have been in business for over 150 years and employ over 300 people across the globe. They supply to a few different industries but the main ones would be maritime, government, energy and aerospace.

For this role, you’ll be focused on reviewing existing supply chain processes and developing plans for improvement. In particular, to implement a local S&OP process. You need a decent financial knowledge to manage the local supply chain budget. 

What do you need?

• Senior experience within supply chain to include demand and supply planning within a manufacturing position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MRP/ERP systems.
• Demonstrable experience of process improvement, developing and implementing supply chain strategies and people management.
• Well versed in Lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
