Job description
Create have exclusively partnered with a stunning, luxury Womenswear brand, popular on the red carpet and with A-listers too. Our client is known for their timeless aesthetic and use of beautiful of fabrics and colours. We are currently hiring for a Senior Technician & QA Officer who will lead the implementation of standards and quality assurance procedures across all ateliers.
This role is a key bridge between development and production teams with regards to any issues flagged within the production flow, working closely with the Development Garment Tech and Production pattern cutting team to solve any flagged issues, making sure necessary actions are taken to avoid the same mistake in future.
This individual must be able to train tailors across all ateliers on any new techniques and be constantly looking to make improvements in the process to deliver the best quality possible to the end customer.
The ideal candidate will have extensive garment making and fitting experience, within women’s RTW, with an excellent eye and attention to details.
