Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor
Old Street – EC1
£70,000 - £95,000 + Package
About the opportunity
ICDS are on the search for a Quantity Surveyor for one of the most recognisable & well-respected Main Contractors in the UK & Ireland. We are working with our client to recruit for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in London.
Our client has over £190m worth of projects ongoing including locations such as Greenwich, Cambridge, Hammersmith and Deptford.
The successful Quantity Surveyor should have at least 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor and will need to have previous experience working within either the Residential or the Commercial sectors.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
• Capable of running own projects with little supervision
• Previous experience with a recognised Main Contractor
• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
• Degree educated
