We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Team Manager—someone with a proven record of steering successful sales teams in both public and B2C arenas.

A dedication to sustainability is non-negotiable, coupled with a razor-sharp focus on building relationships and truly understanding our customers—the heartbeat of our operation.
At the core of our mission is a vibrant and forward-thinking approach, helping people adopt sustainable transportation through electric vehicles. Your role? To lead one of our EV sales teams, guiding them to new heights. Your primary focus? Nurturing our team and business relationships and driving the growth of our innovative Salary Sacrifice product.
Your team is the embodiment of Octopus Electric Vehicles, acting as the frontline advisors and advocates for customers embracing the benefits of our Octopus EV Salary Sacrifice scheme.
This position comes with an uncapped commission structure, a generous car allowance as part of the overall package, and an office that's more than just a workplace—it's an inspiring environment, located in the heart of Weybridge, where you'll be stationed three days a week.
