As our team continues to grow we're on the search for an experienced and effective Sales Analyst. As part of the Business Intelligence and Sales team, the role will handle the analysis of commercial data, as well as reporting and title forecasting. Reporting into the Senior Manager for Sales, Planning & Analytics the role will collaborate closely with people across the publishing team, wider business and senior leadership.
Forecasting & Evaluation - Forecasting and evaluating nDreams and third-party titles commercially by applying a variety of techniques.
- Improve forecasting processes working with management teams to automate the process, identify risks and areas for improvement
- Benchmark nDreams and third-party titles based on market intel and make commercial recommendation to maximise the lifecycle of our titles
Analysis & Reporting - Analyse data and provide summaries to management.
- Evaluate lifecycle & promotional sales performance across the portfolio of nDreams and third-party titles.
- Provide key market & competitor insights for the business.
- Provide updated market trend analysis.
- Analyse in-game data to provide valuable market intel for future titles and decision making
- Collaborate with the rest of the commercial team on dashboard creation for interactive data analysis and reporting.
Requirements - 5+ years professional experience in a related field. A degree or equivalent in a relevant field is desirable (finance, mathematics, sales or computer science).
- Exceptional analytical and statistical skills, with high attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with experience working constructively within a busy team
- Organised and meticulous, with good written, visual and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Experience working with PowerBI or other business analytics services is highly desirable.
- Understanding of digital platforms and markets. Enthusiasm of videogames and an understanding of the videogame industry would be advantageous.
