Job description
I am working with a leading professional services firm who is looking for a Company Secretary in its esteemed Compliance & Governance Group. In this Company Secretary role, you will be a crucial part of ensuring clients meet their statutory obligations under Irish company law.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage diverse client portfolios
- Facilitate client meetings and ensure meticulous minute-taking
- Maintain Company Minute Books and update statutory registers using Diligent
- Provide high-level support for transactions and legal advice
- Proactively guide clients on Companies Act 2014 obligations
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Represent the Group at networking events
Requirements: - 3-5 years' experience in industry or professional services
- Qualified Company Secretary or close to completing studies
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2014
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Diligent
