As a Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in managing new accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and fostering strong relationships with customers and branches. Your expertise will be essential in reconciling customer accounts, forecasting payments, and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. Plus, your friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will enhance our customer interactions and contribute to our positive team culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in debt collection, a solid grasp of billing systems, and proficiency in Excel. A warm and approachable telephone manner is a must, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
