Sales Team Manager | Horticulture | Kent

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills in a sales environment and a proven ability to manage and motivate a team. You will have be experienced and engaged within the horticultural sector. Attention to detail, outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills are also required to succeed in this role as well as strong relationship and networking skills.
About the Role
You will manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure quotes and orders are processed efficiently. Customer expectations must be met and in line with company procedures, and part of your role will be to identify and embed best business practice through continuous improvement.
