Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Administrator to join this ‘Ofsted’ Outstanding Prep School. The School Administrator is a key position at the school, acting as the ‘first responder’ in relation to all interactions with parents and visitors, whether in person, on the phone or through email. The post holder also has a principal and important responsibility in relation to managing registration on a daily basis at the school. They will possess good public relation and organisational skills.
The role will be varied and the successful candidate will enjoy dealing with a range of different challenges. Ideally they will have previous experience within a school office environment, together with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Time management skills, flexibility and an ability to work under pressure are also essential for this role. IT skills are required to be at a high level and the successful candidate will be a confident user of the main Microsoft Office programs.
The role is full time, all year around and will require shifts of 8-5pm or 9-6pm however, a job share would be considered.
