DATA CONTROLLER
CHELTENHAM

Our client, an industry leading organisation who specialises in engineering and manufacturing, are looking for a Data Controller to join their ambitious and growing team. You will be overseeing the change control process for the company’s equipment, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of drawings, documentation, and supporting data.

RESPONSIBILTIES
As a Data Controller, you will be,
• Managing the end-to-end change process, supporting configuration tools, and maintaining ERP business systems
• Providing electronic access to drawing, documentation, and data while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
• Maintaining Part Maintenance attributes in the ERP system and updating Engineering BOMs
• Managing the change process from initiation to implementation, including oversight of CCB meetings
• Supporting configuration tools and providing necessary access based on requirements
• Ensuring timely processing of drawing and document change requests in accordance with company procedures
• Preparing ECN data and providing change management support to New Product Introduction activities
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Data Controller, you will need,
• Experience in data management/change control within a manufacturing and/or repair environment
• A CM2 certification is desired but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and handling pressure
