Job description
We have a new role available for a competent Secretary who has previously worked in and around Property, or in a Conveyancing team, to join a Property division of a local Law firm to specifically support one of the Senior team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Prepare legal documents for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages
Conduct title searches and ensure the property's ownership is clear
Coordinate with lenders, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
Review legal documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
Ensure all necessary documentation is properly filed and recorded
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Experience and skills we are looking for include:
Proven experience in a similar role or environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
