My company are growing their HR team and have a fantastic opportunity available.

Job Description

As the HR Officer you will be responsible for:

• Managing all of the recruitment for the site including screening applications, conducting interviews, sending out contracts of employment and onboarding new starters
• Keeping the HR system up to date with employee data and information such as employee absence management
• Support senior staff with complex HR cases
• Assist with payroll
• Provide HR support to all staff as required

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role you will:

• Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards this
• Have a background with a HR Generalist role so can support within all areas
• Ideally have used the HR system iTrent previously
• Be available to work in the office full time so that there is always a HR presence
• Be able to drive so that you can support across sites in Southampton and Eastleigh
