Remuneration: circa £5500 - £10,500 Take Home per month

Description: Part time/Full Time PRIVATE Dentist required for 2-4 days per week in a busy, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PREDOMINATELY PRIVATE practice near Carlisle, Cumbria. 
•    Excellent Private Potential circa £5,500 - £10,500 Take Home per month
•    50% Private with a sliding scale to 55% as more income is generated
•    8.30am to 5pm, preferably including and Tuesday & Friday
•    Existing well maintained list
•    6 Fully computerised surgeries 
•    Microscope, Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, Intra-oral Cameras    
•    Invisalign privded at the practice
•    Full support team with 3 Therapists & 4 Associates
•    Practice offers Invisalign and Endo
•    Based in Carlisle city centre, with free parking nearby and 5 minutes walk from the train station
•    30 minutes to Penrith, 1 hour to Kendal
•    Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
