Job Introduction

We are looking for a  Stores Assistant  to join our busy catering stores department at Clifton College in  Bristol . The department are responsible for all incoming stock deliveries as well as distributing stock and equipment across the campus.

The stores team is small so we are looking for a proactive candidate who is able to work on their own some of the time. A clean driving licence is essential for the role as you will be using a company vehicle on a daily basis. The ability to perform manual handling tasks is also essential. Experience in either a catering or warehouse environment would be an advantage

What you’ll do : 

• To deliver food provisions to various sites around the college campus.

• To be responsible for stock, including incoming and outgoing stock items. Maintain security of stock.

• To keep accurate records of where stock is allocated around site and assist with stocktaking.

• Maintain HACCAP records in the stores area.    

What you bring : 

• Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude   

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Must hold full UK current driving licence
