We are representing an innovative and growing company boasting a turnover of £30m, specialising in diverse sectors such as commercial shell and core, life sciences, and data centres.

We are in search of a talented M&E Estimator to join their team starting in March/April. As a vital member, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs, thereby ensuring the success of our varied portfolio of projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity where you will be the sole individual responsible for all estimates on projects across the UK and potentially in Europe. This position has become available due to the sustained growth within our business and offers the potential for 2 days of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities include:

Crafting detailed and competitive estimates for M&E projects across designated sectors and project values.

Thoroughly analysing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare precise cost estimates.

Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

Engaging in sourcing and negotiation activities with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

Assessing potential risks and opportunities associated with project estimates.

Providing continuous support and assistance throughout the tendering process.
